Westminster multifaith pilgrimage
The 22nd annual Westminster Multifaith Pilgrimage for Peace takes place this Sunday, 3 June.
Throughout the day, members of different faiths will walk together, visiting each other's places of worship and sharing hospitality. People are invited to take part in all or part of the day's events.
The pilgrimage starts at 11am at the Swaminarayan Temple, 847 Finchley Road, NW11 (nearest tube Golders Green on the Northern Line) Later stops will include: 12 noon at Alyth Gardens Synagogue, Temple Fortune, NW11; 1.30pm St Philip's RC Church, Gravel Hill, N3.
Lunch will be donated by Sachkhandnanakdham Sikh Order.
At 3.15pm the group will visit Finchley Methodist Church, Ballards Lane where Brahma Kumaris will give a talk. North Finchley Reform Synagogue, at 101 Fallowcourt Avenue, N12 will be the next stop at 4.15pm.
At 5pm the group will visit the Islamic Cultural Centre, 685 High Road, N12. At 6pm they are scheduled to be at Trinity URC/Baptist Church in Nether Street, N12. There is also a 6pm Mass at St Albans nearby. The pilgrimage ends about 6.45pm.
