Launch of Justice Magazine: The Catholic Social Justice Quarterly
A new magazine has been launched covering national and international issues relating to the Catholic Church's social teaching. The quarterly Justice Magazine features contributions from leading writers such as Lord Alton, Fr John Dear, Ellen Teague and Bernadette Meaden.
Catholic agencies including CRS, CIDSE, CAFOD, Progressio, Aid to the Church in Need and the Scottish Catholic International Aid Fund (SCIAF) have also contributed articles.
It is anticipated that Justice Magazine will be attractive for anyone interested in social justice and can be used as a resource in schools.
Editor Lee Siggs said: "There has never been a more important time to highlight the Church's work in combating poverty, fighting against injustice and helping people to counter the devastating effects of climate change.
"The magazine draws heavily on the use of striking imagery to accompany articles which makes it ideal as a learning tool for teachers."
The 56-page launch issue of Justice Magazine is available for free for iPad, Kindle and other ereaders as well as online via a web viewer.
