Archbishop Cardinal Nichols and Archbishop Welby introduce Listen To God: Hear the Poor - video

Introducing their week of prayer for the church's work serving those in need, Cardinal Vincent Nichols and Archbishop Justin Welby are encouraging people around the country to join them in a week of prayer for the church's work serving those in need, which they have called Listen To God: Hear the Poor.
During the week, which will run from Passion Sunday today, to Palm Sunday (13 April), they will visit Anglican and Roman Catholic projects together.
Meanwhile the Archbishops are asking people to tweet what the church near them is doing, so this work can be held in prayer, using the hashtag #ListenToGod
Archbishop Justin will be retweeting a selection of the tweets each day from his personal Twitter account.
All next week daily prayer resources will be published on this website on the Catholic Church in England and Wales site, along with daily video reflections Archbishop Justin, Cardinal Nichols, Children's Society chief executive the Revd Matthew Reed, writer and lecturer Dr Paula Gooder, among others.
