Liverpool: Louise Zanré to give annual J&P Memorial Lecture
Louise Zanré, outgoing director of the Jesuit Refugee Service in the UK, will give the annual 2016 Memorial Lecture of the Archdiocese of Liverpool's Justice and Peace Commission, at the Liverpool Archdiocese Centre for Evangelisation (LACE) this coming Sunday, 17 January.
This year's event - taking place between 2pm and 4pm - will be an opportunity to better understand the complexities of the refugee and asylum-seeker situation. In her lecture, entitled 'Overcome indifference and win peace', Louise Zanré will reflect on Pope Francis's message for Peace Sunday.
