London: Creativity and spirituality retreats with JudyAnn Masters


The Spiritual Boost Series is a Creativity and Spirituality Retreat given by JudyAnn Masters at DeMazenod House, an Oblate Retreat Centre located at Tower Hill London. The series is designed to assist you in exploring new and/or different ways to deepen your relationship with God, by enhancing communication pathways with God.

A Creativity and Spirituality Retreat will feed both sides of your brain. Feeding the heart, eyes and ears with prose, poetry and creative exercises, along with prayer and scripture. No artistic skill is required--just a desire to deepen your relationship with God and the world around you.

25 March: Spirit vs Practical Lab feeding both equally

27 May: Exploring Louise Hay, Health & Spirituality* connections?
24 June: Ignatian Spirituality Lab* best known as "prayer of the interior imagination", the mind's eye, also activated by art & creativity

The aim of the day to connect with God creatively and intuitively using prayer, scripture, poetry, prose, music, meditation and contemplation. Participants will be able to express their creativity using collage, watercolours, gouache, pencils, oil pastels, crayons or any other materials. Participants need to bring a packed lunch. Tea and Coffee provided. Materials are provided and feel free to bring your own.

Meet at 10.30am for 11am start. Mass will be at 3.15pm with Fr Oliver Barry OMI
