Advent Resources linking into creation themes

The Global Catholic Climate Movement has a page listing Advent 2017 resources, with creation themes. Some of them include:
Sunday Liturgy Resource
'Whispers of God' is a weekly Catholic Advent resource weaving together the Sunday scriptures with creation themes. The Columbans in Australia have produced this free downloadable resource to celebrate the liturgical season of Advent with the spirit of the environmental encyclical of Pope Francis Laudato Si' in mind. This liturgical Year B the focus is on 'Whispers of God', in material written by Australian Columban Fr Charles Rue. Each Sunday during Advent focuses on a different topic. CAFOD online Advent Calendar
This weaves together the daily Scriptures, with the experience of people living in poverty. The calendar asks that people reflect, pray and take global justice actions throughout this holy season. https://cafod.org.uk/Pray/Advent-Calendar

Reverse Advent Calendar
An idea of the Global Catholic Climate Movement is a Reverse Advent Calendar. The traditional Advent Calendar is a 25-day calendar that counts down the days until Christmas by opening a paper flap and seeing short prayer or having a small sweet or chocolate. A Reverse Advent Calendar is more an act of kindness for those struggling during the holiday season. First, you'll need to find something to gather all the donations. Two empty wine boxes works very well You will need 24 spots, 12 in each box. Each day, put one item in one of the sections of the box. You can call your local food bank to find out items that are most needed. Involve your children, by having them help decorate the boxes. After gathering helpful items all month, you can take everything you've saved to your local food bank or charity on Christmas Eve and know that you've given a Christmas present to someone that really needed it.
Pax Christi will hold its Annual Advent Peace Service on Monday 4 December at 7pm at St Aolysius Church, Phoenix Road, Euston, London. This popular event, with its focus on Advent and the call to peace, will relate stories of women peacemakers, those seeking asylum and the plight of Palestinians. Following the service there will be an alternative Christmas Market with goods from the Philippines, Palestine, Congo as well as Fair Traded goods and a selection of Christmas cards. All welcome.
