The Christians release Christmas single for Nazanin

The Christians rock band have launched a Christmas single to raise money and awareness for the Free Nazanin Campaign. Nazanin's husband Richard Ratcliffe and seven-year-old daughter Gabriella joined in the recording and are seen in the music video. Gabriella took a turn on the the drums.
Richard recently completed a second hunger strike outside the Foreign Office, in an effort to press the Government into taking firmer action for Nazanin, his wife who has been arbitrarily detained in Iran since 3 April 2016. Ratcliffe's action is also shining a light on the plight of other British Nationals arbitrarily held in Iran, including Anoosheh Ashoori.
All parties, including the studio owner, waived the fees involved. Naz Don't Cry is out now on Island Records and all proceeds will go to Redress, a charity campaigning for Nazanin's release.
