Nightfever in London

Nightfever takes place at St Patrick's Church, Soho Square, tomorrow night, Saturday 14 May. Starting at 6pm, Nightfever is a night of music, adoration and personal prayer, and takes usually place on a Saturday evening in a church in the city centre. Volunteers stand on streets near bars and theatres, and approach strangers and invite them into to church.

Passersby are welcome to light a candle, write down a prayer, listen to the music, and to stay as long as they like.

The schedule at St Patrick's will begin with Mass at 6pm, followed by a Volunteers briefing. The evening will end with Night Prayer and Benediction.

The Nightfever initiative which is rooted in the Catholic Church, now take place in more than 80 cities in Europe, North and South America, and Australia.
