The summer holidays mean there's one question on every parent's lips: How can I keep my child or grandchild entertained?! Fear not - we may have the answer. FHL's Super Summer is a holiday challenge for you and your children. Just get your little ones to complete the fun activities here: Super Summer checklist.

We suggest your family could sponsor a child £1 for each challenge they complete.

What's more, if your child sends us their filled-in tick list along with the funds raised, we will send them a gift in return! They'll get a small olive wood cross, hand-carved by the children from our partner project School of Joy.

Send a cheque for the total they've raised, along with their completed checklist, to the address on the form. Thank you so much!
