'The Chosen' Season 3 available in early February

Last November, audiences saw the first two episodes of The Chosen Season 3 being shown in 200 Odeon and Vue cinemas across the UK. Now, all the episodes are being released on The Chosen app in February.
Episodes 7 and 8 will be released in cinemas nationwide on Thursday 2 February and Friday 3 February. These form the season 3 finale. Episode 7 will be made available on the app on Sunday 5 February and episode 8 will conclude the season on Tuesday 7 February. So, episodes can be watched at the cinema in advance of their streaming debut.
The Chosen is the first religious drama produced as a television series on a free app, with screenings of episodes in participating cinemas across the UK. Very popular with audiences, it is the largest crowdfunded media project in history.
It presents viewers with the life of Jesus of Nazareth, and Jonathan Roumie plays the leading role. The pilot premiered in 2017 and Series 1 followed in April 2019, offering eight episodes. The three series focus on how ordinary people responded to Jesus and the complex emotions that accompanied their meetings.
Meanwhile, last week, Johnathan Roumie was a keynote speaker at the 2023 March for Life in Washington DC. The actor spoke publicly for the first time about his opposition to abortion.
