Servant of God John Bradburne Pilgrimage Walk

The John Bradburne Memorial Society will be holding a Mass at St John the Evangelist Church, Skirwith, Cumbria, CA10 1RQ at 10am on Saturday 15 July. This was the church where John Bradburne's father, Rev Thomas Bradburne was vicar. There will be refreshments served in the village hall before and after Mass and a chance to buy any books and see the John Bradburne display.

After Mass at 11am the pilgrimage climb will take place which will take approximately 7 hours with a distance of 16km. You will need a good level of fitness to manage this climb up the Fell. Bishop Paul Swarbrick will be accompanying us with prayers along the route. All welcome to join, it is a wonderful day of meeting new people and for contemplation.
