Queen Mary's School - Chaplain

Queen Mary's School is an all girls' independent boarding and day school situated in beautiful countryside, between Ripon and Thirsk. It is a member of The Woodard Corporation, and is looking to appoint a Chaplain who will be a key pastoral figure in the school, promoting Christian values and leading the spiritual development of pupils and staff in line with the Queen Mary's and Woodard ethos.

Although the appointment states that this is a part-time role for an ordained priest, the school is open to exploring how this might be flexed according to the curricular and extra-curricular skills the right candidate might be able to add. The Peterborough School - Chaplain Vacancy

The Peterborough School is seeking to appoint an Anglican priest as School Chaplain. The school is a Woodard School https://woodardschools.co.uk and the Chaplain plays a central role in the life of the community and is at the heart of the school's pastoral care systems, providing support and wisdom to every member of the community. Interpreting, for this generation, the sacramental and liturgical tradition in which Woodard schools stand is also key to the Chaplain's priestly ministry. TPS is the leading independent co-educational school in Peterborough for approximately 460 pupils aged 4 - 19 years. There is also an excellent Nursery, which cares for 81 children.

The King's School, Associate Chaplain
(Circa £30K per annum DOE plus accommodation)

The King's School and Junior King's Canterbury are seeking to appoint a creative, prayerful and collaborative priest who is a gifted communicator to work with our Chaplaincy team at an exciting stage in the development of our mission.

The Associate Chaplain will have responsibility for the spiritual and pastoral care of staff and students in the Junior School and will share in ministry across the King's family. This is a full-time position, starting in April 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter and accommodation is provided. However the School would consider candidates offering part-time but no accommodation would be provided.

Junior King's and The King's School are both rewarding schools to work in: there are strong links between the schools, and we are looking for a candidate who demonstrates ability and willingness to embrace the values and ethos in both. The successful candidate will be expected to play an active part in the broader extra-curricular life of our busy schools.
