London: Soul at Saint James

The fantastic Soul Sanctuary Gospel Choir, in partnership with St James's Church Piccadilly and Lyrix Organix are headlining at Soul at Saint James, on Sunday, 1 October 2023 - the first day of Black History Month.

This live outdoor event, at St James's Piccadilly W1J 9LL, is open to all - with entry by donation. There will be Gospel and Soul music and spoken word poetry, exploring the theme of Justice.

...2pm mass Gospel singing workshop in which anyone who wants will learn songs in harmony (yes, anyone can do that, in particular those who have been told they cannot sing)…

...3pm main stage set, featuring Soul Sanctuary Gospel Choir, spoken word artist, narrator and songs learnt in workshop…
