Christian CND and Anglican Pacifist Fellowship will be joining others at the CND-organised event this Saturday to protest the return of US nuclear weapons to the UK. Peace activists at RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk, will protest US plans to base deadly nuclear bombs at the site. They say this would put Britain on the nuclear frontline.

The threat of nuclear weapons being used again in war is growing. But so is public opposition. All are invited to learn more about what is going on at this base and help build the campaign to stop nuclear bombs coming back to Lakenheath.

Date: Saturday 11 May

Time: Midday to 2pm (followed by a peace picnic if weather holds!)

Place: Lakenheath Main Gate (Gate 1), Brandon Road, Brandon IP27 9PN

Nearest station: Brandon - 15 minutes' drive by taxi
