Kent parish to host Relic of Bl Carlo Acutis

St Augustine's Catholic Church in Tunbridge Wells will host a relic of Blessed Carlo Acutis next weekend ( Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June).

After the first class Ex Capillis relic is received into the church at 3pm on Saturday there will be a talk by Anna Johnstone, giving her personal insight into Carlo's life. She worked as a governess to Carlo's two siblings for three years

Tea and cake will then be served in the hall (Chocolate cake was Carlo's favourite!)

At 7pm on Saturday 29th June a DVD about Carlo will be shown in the hall with comments by Anna Johnstone. There will also be
Wine and Nibbles.

On Sunday, 30th June at 3pm there will be a service of prayer, Veneration and Benediction, followed by a talk by Anna Johnstone, on the spiritual side of Carlo. Again there will be tea and cake in the hall.

The relic will remain in the church until after 10 am Mass on Monday. There will be an opportunity for personal veneration of the relic at all times while the church is open.
