UK-wide events marking Hiroshima and Nagasaki anniversaries

In the week commemorating the 79th anniversary of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, a number of peace events, processions and prayer vigils will be taking place in cities around the UK.

Tuesday 6 August 10.45 am - 12pm
Liverpool: Hiroshima Day Commemoration
Join Pax Christi Merseyside, CND and the Lord Mayor of Liverpool in the Peace Garden, St John's Gardens at 10.45am to commemorate the 79th anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima.
