EducareM National School of Formation
Upcoming Events for Directors, Headteachers, and Governors in Catholic Schools.
The most urgent need today is the formation of our leaders in Catholic education. EducareM continues to respond by offering leaders at all levels a unique formation programme.
The National School of Formation was established to support the call for more effective and appropriate provision for Directors, Headteachers and Governors to realise the true mission of the Church in education.
The National School of Formation is a programme and vehicle to:
- support the personal and spiritual development of leaders in education for the renewal of society;
- explore ways of developing the vision and mission for Catholic education;
- be a powerful voice for Catholic educators in local and national forums.
Formation programme begins in October 2024.

Tabor Programme for senior, middle leaders and school chaplains
The Tabor Programme establishes a community of transformational, authentic and enabling school leaders at national level. The programme is rooted in the authentic mission of the church in education, to enable middle and senior leaders to grow their gift for the transformation of society. Service for the common good, following in the example of Christ - inspired by transfiguration - is a core aspect of this programme. The pastoral cycle themes are used to enable our delegates to apply theory into their daily practice, becoming authentic and transformational subject, departmental and senior leaders.
