The annual World AIDS Mass will take place at 6pm on Tuesday, 26 November, at Farm Street Jesuit Church, 114 Mount Street, Mayfair, London W1K 3AH. This is the only public faith-related, HIV / AIDS event now taking place in Central London. The Mass will be followed by a Reception in the Arrupe Hall, 114 Mount Street entrance. All are welcome.
An HIV+ & Faith information display will be mounted in one of the church's side-chapels from 23 November- 2 December 2024.
World AIDS Day, promoted by the United Nations, falls on Sunday 1 December 2024.
This comes at a time when the London Assembly announces an 11% increase in HIV+ infection since 2022.
