ACN Carol Service and Reception at London Oratory
The Aid to the Church in Need Carol Service takes place on Wednesday, 11th December, 7pm at the London Oratory, Brompton Road, SW7 2RP.
The evening promises to be a beautiful celebration anticipating the birth of Christ, drawing on some of the best-loved traditional music and scripture. Charles Cole, Director of the Schola Cantorum of the London Oratory School, will conduct the 50-strong choir for an uplifting evening of music, spiritual refreshment and preparation as we await the coming of Our Saviour.
Readers will include Katherine Bennett, co-host of the Catholic Unscripted podcast, and Brendan Walsh, editor of The Tablet.
The event will also be an opportunity to remember persecuted Christians around the world. Donations on the night will go towards ACN's #RedWednesday Matched Challenge - 500k4Hope supporting young Christians displaced by conflict, violence and persecution.
After the service, guests are invited to join ACN staff for a festive reception in the Oratory House. Tickets for the reception are £15 each. Places are limited.
