Ireland: Sisters of Bon Secours seek Young Adults Programme Manager


The Sisters of Bon Secours Ireland invites applications from outstanding and inspirational people with proven leadership and management skills, to play a significant role as Bon Secours Young Adults Program Manager for Ireland. This is an exciting challenge for a practicing Catholic who can show deep commitment to developing comprehensive ministry with young adults and to furthering the mission and Charism of the Sisters of Bon Secours in Ireland. The position is to be based in Cork, Ireland.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

· A passion for fostering the faith of people in their 20's and 30's.

· An understanding of the role of Young Adult Minister and work in partnership with colleagues, Sisters, diocesan officials, other Religious Congregations, external agencies, and the wider community.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, innovation, and organizational skills to inspire young adults, Sisters, and colleagues.

· Outstanding management procedures and the ability to work independently, while working in a global ministry with a strong commitment to forging intercultural, international, and intergenerational relationships.

· Effective leadership experience and a commitment to ongoing ministry improvement and growth.

· A commitment to furthering the Bon Secours charism and mission, especially the Congregation's 2024 General Chapter Direction Statement and Mission Focus Statement, "We, People of Healing, commit ourselves to defend and care for all of creation; to cry out with others against injustice and all that diminishes life on earth," in all activities.
